“I discovered Interact in 1997. Since then I’ve brought them into Corbis, Majiq, and WRQ. Interact teaches basic and essential “people skills”, and teaches them in a way that smart people-like software developers-appreciate.”

HR Director,

Majiq (2000),
WRQ (currently)

Our Approach

Interact uses a cone to illustrate the instructional activities within each session. A skill is introduced at the top of the cone with a variety of examples to demonstrate its most diverse and broad applications. The instructional design then focuses increasingly on the applications of the skills that are most relevant to workshop members.

This learning model is a central part of Social Cognitive Theory, psychology’s most widely accepted model of human thought and action. The primary developer of Social Cognitive Theory is Albert Bandura at Stanford University. Interact programs are based on this theory.
