Versions of Performance Problem Solving
Performance Problem Solving is designed to be trained as an intact training program. Each session of Performance Problem Solving builds on the skills developed in the previous sessions. We offer several Manager and Peer versions of this program to accommodate your specific audience and time allowance.
Performance Problem Solving 4.0 for Managers (or Peers): Five half-day workshops provide training with extensive video and practice in each of the sessions listed below.
Performance Problem Solving Accelerated: Five 2-3 hour workshops provide the training in all the same concepts with less video segments. This version can also be trained as a one and a half or two-day training workshop with adequate time for practice and breaks.
Interact Accelerated: One-Day Version: One-day workshop teaches the same training concepts with less video. This version provides the training sessions 1-4 listed below. Only the first three sessions can be taught in one day. Session 4, which is included in the manual, can be trained as a follow-up session.
